The Green Day lead singer spray painted a “B” over the Oakland Athletics logo in a corridor at Rogers Centre while the band was there to perform a gig. But it wasn’t just for “punk rock” sake.

Billy Joe is a supporter of a group called the “Oakland Ballers”. A Pioneer League team in Oakland that fans are flocking to in spite of the Athletics moving to Las Vegas.

I’m all for it. Not only do I despise the Athletics…but I despise the Jays. Spray painting walls at Rogers Centre is a great idea.
